About Juliet

FP1C4196

Journalling is how I’ve always made sense of my experience, even if the sense only came much later when I re-read what I’d written.

These days there is a huge amount of scientific evidence to demonstrate the benefits of reflective writing, for mental, emotional and physical health. All I know is that it has often been my only refuge, and from there it became my regular  practice.

In this blog I offer my own reflections on the stuff my life presents to me. Often it will be about art or literature or nature or current affairs or health and fitness. And often it will offer a suggestion for a prompt that may prove useful to others practicing the habit of reflective writing.

If anything you read here is helpful to you or resonates in a particular way do drop me a line. I would love to hear from you.

Enjoy – and keep logging the journey.

  4. Hi Juliet, Odd question, but are you the Juliet who was on BBC Wiltshire People’s Panel yesterday? If you are… I’m Vicky who was also on. Just wanted to say I thought you made some great points. And now I’m off to stalk your WordPress a bit!

  5. Juliet, I have been following your blog for only a short time but want to nominate you for the Liebster Award. If you would like to participate, please follow the link back to my blog: http://wp.me/p50b6t-b2. Congratulations and Happy Blogging!
